BPO ÖDEME ŞEKLİ DETAYLARI TİM VE TEB DÖKÜMANI

Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından “İthalat bedelleri, Ödeme şekilleri, İthalat bedellerinin ödenmesi, Üçüncü ülkelerdeki bankalar nezdinde akreditif açılması, Faktoring işlemleri ve Transit Ticaret” konulu Genelge (2020/1) yayımlandı.

Genelgede İthalat Bedellerinin ödeme şekilleri sayılarak, Banka Ödeme Yükümlülüğü (BPO) yeni bir ödeme şekli olarak mevzuata eklendi. Buna göre ödeme şekilleri;

a. Akreditifli Ödeme,

b. Vadeli Akreditifli Ödeme,

c. Vesaik Mukabili Ödeme,

d. Mal Mukabili Ödeme,

e. Kabul Kredili Akreditifli Ödeme,

f. Kabul Kredili Vesaik Mukabili Ödeme,

g. Kabul Kredili Mal Mukabili Ödeme,

h. Peşin Ödeme

i. Banka Ödeme Yükümlülüğü (BPO).
